Enquiries collect contact details, optional company information, enquiry type and message. Newsletter requests record your name, email address, consent wording and submission time.
How the website uses it
Recruitment records allow authorised administrators to review applications, download CVs, record recruitment notes and update application status. Enquiries allow the team to respond to your request. Newsletter requests are recorded for the team; automated campaigns are not connected in this version. No automated candidate-ranking or decision-making feature is implemented.
Newsletter consent
Newsletter consent is optional and separate from job applications. You can withdraw it by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
Access, sharing and retention
CV downloads and recruitment records are protected by administrator authentication. Production hosting providers, any employer recipients, transfer safeguards and record-retention periods must be confirmed by the business before launch. This draft does not authorise indefinite retention or sharing of your CV.
Your rights
